Refund policy
Returns
We want you (and your pets!) to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are custom-made, the following items are final sale:
- Personalized/custom products (including custom pet designs)
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
